Who Can Benefit From Care Calls?

Care Calls was initially designed with seniors in mind. But we quickly discovered that people of all ages have a need for our service. Comes from the old adage “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up”. Among those who find our service useful are: seniors, disabled individuals, people with chronic health issues, older adults living alone with pets, people grieving the recent loss of a partner or companion. Carers who visit patients, retirement home residents, family members who want to go on vacation and need a backup plan.

The answer is simple – reliability, customization, and care. There is no need to change your current telephone service provider or specialized installation or expensive equipment.

We also provide a level of service unmatched by any other similar service. When it comes to care, you would be hard-pressed to find another company that cares as much as we do about our clients. We really do go the extra mile for every client and family we serve.

How Can I Benefit from Check-In Call Services?

People of all ages can benefit from our Wellness Check-In Call services. Care Calling Now has been used by seniors, disabled individuals, people with chronic health issues and recovering from surgery at home, older adults living alone, younger people working remotely, and more.  With our live and automated Wellness Check-In Care calls, Care Calling Now is here to meet your daily needs.

What is better… A Live Operator or an Automated System?

Automated systems are useful sometimes, but we believe strongly that a machine will never be as good as a friendly voice. One of the main benefits of live operator Wellness Calls is that an automated service cannot “hear” the person and get a feel for when something doesn’t seem right, as well as provide valuable social interaction.

What Happens if the Client doesn’t Answer the Phone?

If a client doesn’t answer the phone, we will attempt to call them back two more times, with a 5 minutes delay between calls. If there is no response on the third attempt, Care Calling Now will call the major alternate number provided at the time of sign-up, to make sure you are OK. Should there be no answers or acknowledgments  from the previous series of calls the Care Calling Now has the option of a call or text message. That person is then responsible for making sure the loved one is OK.

Can I have multiple contacts on file?

Absolutely! We actually recommend having at least two contacts on file. A contact can be a family member, friend, neighbor or care manager. If a client doesn’t have any of those, we recommend leaving the number to your building manager and/or local police department. We do recommend that one of the contacts be local, if possible.

What is your Refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all clients within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the service or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member of our community

Can You email a family member with regular updates?

Upon request, we can provide daily or weekly status email status updates to a family member or designated contact after calling the client. Otherwise, we will only email/call if there is a problem or concern

Who provides the Check-In Call Service?

Senior CheckIn Maine works with Care Calling Now to provide check-in call services. With our Wellness Check-In Call services, our compassionate team of representatives makes daily reassurance calls.

Does Senior CheckIn Maine sell or share my personal information?

The simple answer… No.

Will Senior CheckIn Maine be held responsible with issues experienced with our service(s) within in our website?

No. Should you have issues with services, you will have to work things out between you and the service you selected.

Visitor feedback is vital to the quality of service provided by us. Often, an unpleasant experience is the result of a simple misunderstanding between two parties. However, if there is a negative trend against specific services, we reserve the right to remove a service from our page. We will not continue using a service link if they are not reputable.

How do I report complaints to Senior CheckIn Maine?

Your concerns are important to us. Also, if service is not compatible with our standards, we need to know. It is our utmost priority to ensure the services we offer are held to our highest standards. Please contact us with your concerns.
